SMW enhanced WMD’s capabilities with advanced wood processing, kiln drying, and veneering services.

The acquisition of Genesis brings the combined workforce from approximately 100 to 175 team members. Two Lafayette businesses combine strengths to expand one-stop shopping for customers seeking customized millwork and architectural detail nationwide.

LAFAYETTE, Colorado – May 1, 2019 – Watson Mills & Design announces its acquisition of Schacht Mill Works. Having worked together for the past decade, the two companies are joining forces to expand their capabilities in producing the ultimate in custom millwork products and services that enhance architectural detail and design.
